Hundred men clause?

What is with the hundred men clause posted on Facebook? Is it a clever way of saying that 101 random players will be picked for some ( unveiled as of yet ) status? I don't get it so someone please enlighten me!

It's the picture in the facebook/twitter announcement.

 

It is an example of a letter you can give to your boss at work to be able to play during the test. Look at the blank fields. Like a form letter.

Aye, I went in through a different source and it showed the whole page so I could read it's entirety. I saw where it said insert name here  so thanks for the clarification. Just the picked on pure randomness is what led me to believe a testing group or something........
