This time we have my favorite support commander although it may not sound like it, Caesar. I like him best with javs thanks to his speed boost, combat boost and silence he is the best support as it stands now imo.

Does silence mean that Germanicus Vengeance will deactivate ? I'm looking for a commander that can do that aside the OP Anvil of Alexander which is a non sense (I wouldnt mind if my unite kept on fighting but they just stop and die...)

arc you really need to play more Caesar in high tier to understand his potential...

From what I understand yes.  But it has a narrow cone of reach and the unit can not be in melee to activate.  So right before charging maybe activate it.

​No. It doesn't cancel the already activated skills.
