Some Common Issues (Failed to Authenticate, Founder Packs)

Hi guys!

 

We are aware that players are having various issues:

  1. Failure to Authenticate / Profile not synced when logging in
  2. Extra Founder Pack Beta keys missing
  3. In-game items from Founder Packs not being delivered (this includes the automatic Beta access)
  4. Alpha 10 testers missing 7 days Premium time
  5. Questions about Humble Bundle and/or Rome II pre-orders

 

For the first three items, please submit a Support ticket, providing as much information as possible. Our staff will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.

 

For the 7 days Premium time, we are aware that some players are missing it and are working on correcting the issue. For anyone still affected, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get it taken care of as soon as possible.

 

As for the last question, we do not currently have any information. As soon as we have anything, we will let you know.

Another more minor thing is that people who are Beta testers seem to get the Closed Alpha Gladiator group when they sign up on the forums.

Yeah D I saw a character that was created today and he has the Closed Alpha Gladiator title!!!! Well I guess errrbody will receive it.........Oh wellzzzz......

still other cosmetics and ingame gifts were missing are not mentioned here:

 

- vanguard items (vanguard mailing list)

- myrmidon code (Gamescom 2015)

 

If anyone else missing something please add it here. Would be nice if Dance can add this to his list then.

How many support tickets do I have to write before I actually get an answer?

I paid for the damn product I just want my beta keys. What the hell Wargaming?!

You only need to submit one Support ticket. We are currently working on making sure that everyone receives the Beta keys as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience.

my problem is that every online game with the ten other players my connection is dropped in under five minutes. The game works just fine in the practice mode am I alone in this problem.You know everything else works fine on my pc so I have to believe the problem is with the games server.But their response is not addressing my issue because I believe if they do not have a solution they just fail to address the problem.

Sweet now when i log in it says that i have been banned from this server, i was able to play sept 1st for a few hours, then i started getting the failed to join, yippy now it says im banned.

 

Can i play plz and ty,

It clearly says on the page where you buy, "Closed Beta Access" when you buy the founders packs, yet no email over 24hrs later.  Another failed purchase from wg.

Closed beta access is separate from additional beta keys. Your account has beta access because you have the title to be an alpha gladiator.

Thank you for contacting Wargaming Support! We greatly appreciate your eagerness to play Total War Arena!

The additional instructions on how to use the Beta Keys will be provided through the e-mail confirmation.

These beta keys will be emailed to you, along with the extra keys from the bundle that you availed.

Please also check your spam/junk folder to make sure that they accidentally did not end up there. Also make sure that you checking the correct e-mail.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks for getting back to us.

We're currently aware of the issue about the extra beta keys not being received by some players. The development team is currently working on this and it should be fixed soon. We have no ETA, but once it has been resolved, an email will be sent to you with the extra beta keys.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

 

What a croc .. we have no ETA then close the damn ticket.

 

Either get me the codes. not like it matters a week later I cant play with my friends due to the fact I have out leveled them .. or better yet give me a refund and remove my key. as the support for the game is crap I believe I wasted 99 bucks because I am done with it

Do you know what I am doing wrong then?  I downloaded the game, logged into my account, but it simply just doesn't launch the game.  No errors or anything. :\

Try reinstalling your client(The wargaming launcher). Make sure you run the installer file as an administrator.

Unfortunately neither of those worked, in my ticket WG said to send a copy of the email with the beta key, but I never got that email.  Was it automatically applied to my account?  It's not in my spam folder either.

Shoulda been automatically applied and it looks like it was. You are signing in to North America on the launcher, yeah?

contacted the support and they only said they knew and were trying to fix it. still didnt received my keys after 1 week
